Return and Refund Policy

If you have any problems with your product, please email us at or call us at 888-334-1710 and we will help you file a warranty claim with the manufacturer or supplying partner.  It is a very easy process and our manufacturers are among the most reputable in the industry.

Return policies typically last from 7 to 30 days or depending on the manufacturer or supplying partner.  If more days have gone by since your purchase we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For ebike batteries, we carry most batteries for the ebike brands that we stock. (Check our brands dropdown menu to see brands we carry). For brands that we do not stock, we strongly encourage you NOT to order a battery that 'looks like' your ebike battery. Many of our batteries are not returnable due to shipment restrictions on lithium-ion batteries and for those that are returnable, you will generally be charged a restocking fee. We strongly recommend that you check out the manufacturer or supplying partner warranty and/or return policies for more specifics. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  (Also refer to the Warranty & Returns tab on the product page).

Please note that in most cases where a return is not related to damage or defects, our suppliers will assess a restocking fee and/or require that you pay for return shipping, or deduct that cost from your return in the instance where they supply a shipping label. In addition, we will deduct any fees related to credit card merchant fees, etc. For this reason, we urge customers to try to be certain that the product they are purchasing is fit for their purposes in terms of usefulness, size and other characteristics. 

All returns must be initiated through the manufacturer first and receive an RMA number before returning.  Without an RMA number, the item cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  
  • Any item that is returned more than the manufacturer’s specified days after delivery.

All refunds may be subject to a restocking fee and or return shipping costs.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your item has been received by the manufacturer or supplying partner. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take several weeks.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


We and our manufacturers and supplying partners only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at .


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled before 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration and processing fee. 

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% administration and processing fee.

If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges, and up to a 35% restocking fee - or as specified by the manufacturer.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.
